Just as with a book, when working in PeopleSoft it is important to remember to work from left to right, top to bottom. If working in a component with multiple pages, such as program plan, start on the first page and save after making all of your entries on all pages. In doing this, you will avoid red fields and other errors.

Coming soon: a sneak peek into the Faculty and Advising Centers
The ESUP Student Change Management, Communications, & Training (CCT) team has been busy presenting demos of the new Faculty Center and Advisor Center self-service functionality in PeopleSoft 9.0. The team will also be developing two "sneak peek" videos about the new self-service functionality for the general public to view. Watch for these videos in the coming weeks at upgrade.umn.edu.

Access Request Form Process
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Data Security Office updated the Access Request Form (ARF) process in December. Two guides providing documentation on the new process are posted on the OIT Data Security site. One guide assists end users with submitting the ARF, and the other assists approvers with managing the approval process. For questions about the new process, please contact 1-HELP, or 612 301-4357.
